What real vibe-coded repos actually break on
We scanned 50 public, open-source vibe-coded repos and fixed the broken ones locally on our own machines. Owners were not contacted and nothing was pushed. Repo names are anonymized. Times are agent time from start to a verified build.

- FIXEDLovable + TanStack app: folders flattened by GitHub's web upload, 2 UI files lost to the 100-file limit. src/ rebuilt from the import graph; 2 files restored.

- GUIDENext.js + Supabase: build stops because env vars are missing. No code change needed. We refused to force it green, because that would have shipped a broken login.
- NEEDS CODE5 apps: source folders were never committed to GitHub. No agent can fix code that isn't there. That's why Upload Restore exists.

What is the free Rescue Scan?
An automatic triage before you pay. It checks whether your repo has code bugs, missing code (for example files lost in a GitHub web upload), or just missing env vars, and suggests the right tier. The browser pre-scan reads public repo structure. The full build and type check runs in our sandbox with outbound network blocked.
What does the $49 Quick Fix cover?
Build and dependency bugs: failed deploys, broken imports, version drift, missing dev dependencies. If the fix needs server or auth changes, we send an auto-upgrade quote to Launch-Ready ($299) before doing any work. You never get a surprise bill.
What does "Fixed or free" mean?
You only pay after you accept the pull request. If we can't fix it, you pay nothing.
My GitHub repo is missing files. Can you help?
Yes. In our trial, 6 of the 11 broken repos were broken by how the code got to GitHub (the web uploader stops at 100 files), not by the code itself. Upload Restore ($49) rebuilds the project from a zip you send us.
What if my app only needs env vars?
Then you don't need to pay us. The scan sends a free step-by-step guide for setting them in your host. We will never force a build green by hiding missing keys.
